The last three years of the Benzie County Water Festival has been attended hundreds of people. It has featured world-class Michigan musicians and speakers, interactive multimedia projects and presentations, artisan foods and beverages, workshops and children’s activities, as well as connections to campaigns and projects that are working to protect our water locally and address global challenges. We had 75 people sign up to become members of the Benzie Community Water Council just in our first year of the Water Festival, and many more have signed up for emails and notifications. We have more than 300 followers on our Facebook page.

Drawing from past years of success, we’re aiming big again this year, but we need your help. Please consider becoming a member of the Water Council:

Family Membership: $5.00

The easiest way to get involved is to become an annual member of the Benzie Community Water Council. This helps us meet internal goals of outreach and demonstrate that we are a growing and relevant organization.

Businesses/Organizations: $20.00

As part of the community, we strive to include and connect with businesses and other organizations. A Business and Organization membership helps us show the support we get from the community, and in turn, we display your logo and link on our website and some of our other literature and brochures.

Other Contributions: Any Amount

Membership dues do not cover all our costs. Please consider making a donation to help us continue our good work throughout the year and make the Water Festival a continued success.

Official PayPal Seal

Your tax-deductible donation gets you advance notice of water-related events via email, our undying love and devotion, and a sticker with our beautiful logo —designed by local artist Joe Cissel. (Businesses will receive a sticker similar to those given to members of the Chamber of Commerce, which say that this business supports BCWC.)
